Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By engaging with Wexor, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

Services
We provide website design, website development, SEO, branding, and related digital services.
Project timelines, features, and deliverables will be defined in the proposal/quotation shared with you.
Any changes or additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. -
Payments
All payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoices.
Advance payment (non-refundable) is required to start the project.
Delay in payments may pause or terminate ongoing services. -
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and approvals on time to avoid project delays.
Clients are responsible for securing the necessary rights for any content (text, images, videos, logos) shared with us. -
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables (website, designs, code) will be handed over to the client after full payment.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
All drafts, concepts, or unused designs remain the property of Wexor. -
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, plugins, themes, or hosting services.
We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or updates related to third-party providers. -
Revisions & Support
Projects include a limited number of revisions as agreed in the proposal.
Post-launch support or maintenance is subject to a separate plan or agreement. -
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption caused by the use or inability to use our services.
Website security, backups, and updates are the client’s responsibility unless covered under a maintenance contract. -
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
Fees for completed work and ongoing expenses remain payable upon termination. -
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamilnadu.
